Our Returns Policy

  • At Edjespresso, we take great care to ensure our coffee beans reach you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of fresh coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bags of coffee beans.

    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    If you have ordered the wrong item and the coffee remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
